Cholistan Camel Safari

On reaching Multan by air, travel by road to Bahawalpur Yazman and Chanan Pir. The trip takes you to the semi-desert of area Cholistan where some 400 archaeological sites have thus far been discovered. Spend two nights camping enroute and visiting small settlements, witnessing a camel dance and jumar (a local dance) around the campfire. Visit the Drawar Fort where King Akbar of the Mogul dynasty was born.

Itinerary:

Day 1	Arrive at Islamabad and transfer to (hotel)
Day 2	Reach Multan by road (hotel)
Day 3	Drive to Bahawalpur (hotel)
Day 4	Continue journey to the edge of semi-desert to Chanan Pir (camp)
Day 5	Travel on camels back to Dori (4-5 hrs, camp)
Day 6	Continue ride to Toba Saif Wala (camp)
Day 7	Last Day of camel drive to Drawar Fort (camp)
Day 8	Drive to Uch Sharif, famous for 13-14th century shrines of saints, and return to Multan (hotel)
Day 9	Fly to Lahore/Islamabad to catch homebound flight (end of services)
